Leadership

Ferris ISD's district and campus leadership teams believe in empowering educators so they can provide the best support for students.

As with most public school districts, our community-elected Board of Trustees steers the district in its decisions through public meetings and votes. They oversee the superintendent, who manages the daily operations of the district and all its campuses. The assistant superintendent directly oversees the the district's directors and campus principals. The deputy superintendent oversees Human Resources and operations. 

Principals are the leaders of each Ferris ISD school, overseeing their campuses in every aspect. Families can expect regular communication from their school principals, as our district believes a strong community atmosphere is vital for a healthy school climate and student success.
