Application Requests
The Instructional Technology Department understands that online learning tools evolve and update making it important to provide a way for staff to request new resources. The procedure is as follows:
- Complete the Request Form
- The Director of Technology vets the request
- Add-on or Chrome extension → data collection check
- Application or platform → Data Privacy Agreement (DPA) request and execution1
- Vendor quote request
- Department funding application/platform coordinate with Instructional Technology Department to establish expectations for support
1 If a DPA, or equivalent guarantee regarding security of data cannot be obtained, further discussion may be required.
