Digital Resources
Ferris ISD provides access to specific online tools and devices. The Instructional Technology Department supports training and application of these tools for staff and students.
- Chromebooks – the device students are provided to learn on
- ClassLink – the single sign on (SSO) program for staff and students allowing them to access all online programs in the district
- Google Workspace for Education – this suite of tools allows staff and students to create and collaborate in a variety of ways
- Remind – the communication tool of the district
- Seesaw – grades PK - 2 use this tool for creation and sharing their learning
- Nearpod & Flocabulary – grades 3-12 use this tool for interactive learning experiences
- Canva – a graphic design program for creating
- Adobe Creative Cloud Express – a graphic design program for creating
- GALE Databases – these are the databases provided by the Region 10 Educational Service Center for research and other projects
